Virginia Water Well Inspections

Virginia Water Wells Inspections was founded to support home buyers and sellers who need professional inspection services. We are not a contractor so our consultation is unbiased - we are not trying to gin up work for ourselves. Of course we can refer you to excellent qualified Class A contractors for any work you may need. We inspect the water system and test the water for coliform bacteria and other tests as needed. We make sure pumps are not cycling on and off too frequently by checking the pressure switch and bladder tank system. We also test the water pressure and flow. Bacteria testing requires 24 hours for results and samples must be delivered to the certified lab within 24 hours.

Clifton Parker, PE is a licensed professional engineer in VA and NC, a licensed Waterworks Operator, and has been involved in public waterworks utility management for over 25 years as a chief engineer.
