Structural Advisors (part of Virginia Engineering Services LLC) was founded to support home owners, contractors, flippers, and rental property owners who want to modify, alter, expand, or change the layout of a home. We are not a contractor so our consultation is unbiased. Our focus is helping you plan the feasibility of your proposed alterations before (or after) you have a set of plans from an architect, interior designer, or contractor.

Unbiased Consultations
Virginia Water Well Inspections provides professional, independent inspections with no conflict of interest. We do not perform repairs, but we can refer you to qualified Class A contractors if needed.
Comprehensive Inspections
We inspect the entire water system, test for coliform bacteria, and check pump operation, pressure switch, bladder tank system, water pressure, and flow.
Bacteria Testing
Coliform bacteria testing requires 24 hours for results, and samples must be delivered to a certified lab within 24 hours of collection.
Experienced Engineer
Clifton Parker, PE, a licensed professional engineer and Waterworks Operator with over 25 years of experience in public waterworks utility management, specializes in well construction and water system assessments in Virginia.
