About Virginia Foundation Inspections

Your Home Inspection Experts

Virginia Foundation Inspections was founded to support home owners, buyers, sellers, and contractors who need a professional engineer to inspect a potential problem. We are not a contractor so our consultation is unbiased. We can refer you to excellent qualified Class A contractors for any work you may need - or you can get quotes with our report. We inspect all types and ages of properties. Our experienced team will respond quickly - usually within 24 hours - we can visit the subject property and get you information you can use to make a decision or negotiate a repair. We’ll document findings with video, blueprints, foundation schematics, and report. Easy to understand, clear, and low cost.

We also inspect and permit home additions, document contractor damage, perform historic home renovation design, permitting for non-permitted work, design retaining walls, inspect modular homes for financing, and design beam to open up walls.
